New mailing lists

Some new public mailing lists have been created on the last month to aid on the organization and development of the distribution. They are:

GoboLinux-Recipes: recipe submission and discussions takes place here now;
GoboLinux-Devel: developers corner;
GoboLinux-Commits: read-only list where commits to CVS are automatically posted;
GoboLinux-ARM: general talk on the GoboLinux port for ARM platforms.
